Jen has over 20 years of retail experience in high fashion & beauty including over 15 years of management experience (4 years of regional leadership). Jen has produced 50+ corporate events for clients such as the One Hotel Group, University of Miami Health System, Estee Lauder, Panthers (NHL), various law firms, and an office of an MBB consulting firm. Jen fully curated the event including negotiations, contracting, hiring staff, aestetics, and coordinating with speakers. Former Director of Operations for Candle Land where she oversaw day-to-day business operations, growing the company from 1 to 4 locations, managed a team of 16 supervisors (org of ~50), led quarterly investor meetings, P&L responsibility across the enterprise.
